Mysore Ashtanga Immersion:
a four week course Jan. 8-31

Join Adarsh in an Immersion into the traditional
method of Ashtanga Yoga. Mysore Style is an assisted
Ashtanga self practice where the instructor roams the room giving
physical and verbal adjustments to students. This teaching method
focuses on individual development and caters the series to the
students goals and abilities. Participants will study the core
techniques of Ashtanga and progress step-by-step in establishing
and refining their self-guided yoga practice.

Class Fees apply for this course, however, due to the progressive
nature of Mysore Style it is important to commit to the entire
course rather than casual attendance. Students will receive
hand outs with suggested homework to complement in-class instruction.
This is an immersion into the classical method of yoga. Please
